Customers work closely with Skyway Customer Enablement Managers (CEMs) to understand the business and IT benefits of Skyway Visual Perspectives, as well as during the transition to production-use of the workspace.  Skyway CEMs help our customers simplify their delivery of software using Skyway Visual Perspectives.   

Implementation Support

Skyway’s proven collaborative software delivery methodology combines industry best practices for development with revolutionary approaches to requirements gathering and project planning.  To ensure initial and on-going customer success, Skyway CEMs help our customers deliver their first release of their Java enterprise web application and remain engaged as coaches with our customers. 

Delivery implementation support areas:    

  • Prototyping – visually gather requirements
  • Planning – create project plan and statement of work
  • Development and Deployment – just in time training (initial team), visual application modeling, visual environment modeling, feature release iterations, delivery team collaboration, and stakeholder acceptance

Delivery Team On-Ramping:

  • Initial On-Ramping – first release, second release (optional), and third release (optional); with less involvement from Skyway in each successive release as customer delivery team becomes more proficient with the tools and processes

Secondary Services

  • Application service offerings (e.g., application design reviews)
  • Enterprise service offerings (e.g., environment upgrade review)
