Sean Walsh  — President and CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Software, Mr. Walsh drives the business strategy of the company, with a focus on establishing Skyway as an industry leader with exceptional products and devoted customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries, he has held numerous executive and management positions in both large and small software companies. Previous to Skyway, he held the position of President and CEO for Optena Corporation, a visionary leader in automated data center management. Prior to Optena, Walsh held executive and management positions at IBM, Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell and Symphony Services. Recent roles have also included President of the Commercial Software Group at Symphony Services, Chief Operating Officer of Novell North America and Senior Vice President, Strategy and Alliances at Cambridge Technology Partners. Walsh earned a B.S.E.E. degree from Purdue University.

Jared Rodriguez  — CTO and Founder

Mr. Rodriguez created the first internet marketplace software in 1996 when he was co-founder and CTO at TRADEX, a leading provider of e-marketplace software technology. After Ariba acquired TRADEX in the late 1990s, Rodriguez served as CTO at Ariba and a Principal of Armada Venture Capital Group, an early-stage venture capital firm. Rodriguez is an author of the Universal Description, Discovery and Integration (UDDI) specification and is listed as 'one to watch' among InfoWorld's 2002 list of technology innovators. Along with former TRADEX colleagues Daniel Aegerter and Jack Kennedy, Rodriguez founded Skyway Software in November 2001. Rodriguez earned a B.S. degree from the University of South Florida.

Jack Kennedy — Founder & Vice President of Product Delivery

Mr. Kennedy co-founded Skyway Software along with Daniel Aegerter and Jared Rodriguez. Kennedy leads all phases of software development at Skyway Software. Before joining Skyway Software, Kennedy was a consulting architect for MarketMile, a leading e-procurement service provider. Kennedy served as Chief Architect of the Marketplace product for Ariba, following Ariba's acquisition of TRADEX. Kennedy earned a B.A. degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of South Florida.

Mike Evans — Vice President of Enablement and Support

Mr. Evans leads Skyway Software’s global teams of enablement and support professionals and is responsible for ensuring customers and partners gain maximum value from using Skyway Visual Perspectives. His teams also focus on educating customers and partners about collaborative software delivery and model-driven application development and deployment. Prior to joining Skyway Software, he spent 10 years at Accenture as one of their top technical architects and worked with a large variety of technical and application architectures to lead implementation teams during the full software delivery lifecycle at numerous client engagements. Evans earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.

Bob DeCecco — Vice President of Business Development & Finance

Mr. DeCecco oversees all business development and financial service functions at Skyway Software.  Prior to joining Skyway, DeCecco was CEO of Aclarian Inc., which was acquired by Opteum Financial Services, a national mortgage lender (NYSE: OPX).  Prior to Aclarian, he was the CFO of Q-Link Technologies, a BPM firm which was acquired by Adobe Systems.  Mr. DeCecco also served as the Controller and Interim CFO for the Anthony Robbins Companies. DeCecco’s client roster at PricewaterhouseCoopers included leading technology and financial services companies such as Tyco Int’l and Fidelity and he focused on special engagements such as IPOs and Due Diligence assignments. DeCecco sits on the Advisory Board for Source Media Group’s Mortgage Technology Magazine and is also the co-founder of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. DeCecco is a licensed C.P.A.

Bill Irwin — Vice President of Enterprise Sales - North America

Mr. Irwin has more than 20 years experience in sales and sales leadership positions in the high technology industry. Irwin is responsible for strategic leadership of the Skyway Software enterprise sales team for North America. Most recently, Mr. Irwin was Director of Sales for Skyway. He began his career at IBM where he was a major account salesperson. Mr. Irwin has also held sales and management positions at PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems, KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint), and Computer Network Technology. Irwin earned a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

David Castro — Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Castro drives Skyway Software’s go-to-market strategy and leads all marketing functions, including market intelligence, product marketing, marketing communications, and customer relationship management. He has more than 15 years of software, hardware, and services management experience in various commercial markets, including IT, manufacturing, and government. Before joining Skyway Software, Castro served as the Business Unit Executive for HP North America at Tech Data Corporation, a $20B IT wholesaler. He also held various senior management positions at several international engineering and management consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen and Blasland, Bouck & Lee. Castro graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a M.B.A. in Finance and Information Management.

Jennifer Mayfield — Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Mayfield oversees the human resources function at Skyway Software. Before joining Skyway Software, Mayfield was Human Resources Manager at Ariba, where she handled HR for professional services, North America and Latin America sales regions. She also handled integration of new employees from acquisitions. Previously, Mayfield served as Director of Human Resources & Administration at TRADEX, where she helped grow the company from 15 to nearly 300 employees before TRADEX was acquired by Ariba. Earlier in her career, Mayfield was a technical recruiter and sales manager in the staffing industry. Mayfield received a B.S. degree in Advertising from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
