Sean Walsh  — President and CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Software, Mr. Walsh drives the business strategy of the company, with a focus on establishing Skyway as an industry leader with exceptional products and devoted customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries, he has held numerous executive and management positions in both large and small software companies. Previous to Skyway, he held the position of President and CEO for Optena Corporation, a visionary leader in automated data center management. Prior to Optena, Walsh held executive and management positions at IBM, Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell and Symphony Services. Recent roles have also included President of the Commercial Software Group at Symphony Services, Chief Operating Officer of Novell North America and Senior Vice President, Strategy and Alliances at Cambridge Technology Partners. Walsh earned a B.S.E.E. degree from Purdue University.

Jared Rodriguez  — CTO and Founder

Mr. Rodriguez created the first internet marketplace software in 1996 when he was co-founder and CTO at TRADEX, a leading provider of e-marketplace software technology. After Ariba acquired TRADEX in the late 1990s, Rodriguez served as CTO at Ariba and a Principal of Armada Venture Capital Group, an early-stage venture capital firm. Rodriguez is an author of the Universal Description, Discovery and Integration (UDDI) specification and is listed as 'one to watch' among InfoWorld's 2002 list of technology innovators. Along with former TRADEX colleagues Daniel Aegerter and Jack Kennedy, Rodriguez founded Skyway Software in November 2001.

Larry Sledge — CFO

Mr. Sledge brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience to Skyway. Mr. Sledge has previously served as CFO for Permabit, a developer of storage software, and as CFO for IPaxs, a developer of VoIP software and hardware. Mr. Sledge also spent 10 years in various corporate finance roles at Intermedia Communications, a leading data communications company prior to its sale to Worldcom in 2000. Mr. Sledge earned a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Jack Kennedy — Founder & Vice President of Product Delivery

Mr. Kennedy co-founded Skyway Software along with Daniel Aegerter and Jared Rodriguez. Kennedy leads all phases of software development at Skyway Software. Before joining Skyway Software, Kennedy was a consulting architect for MarketMile, a leading e-procurement service provider. Kennedy served as Chief Architect of the Marketplace product for Ariba, following Ariba's acquisition of TRADEX. Kennedy earned a B.A. degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of South Florida.

Mike Evans — Vice President of Enablement and Support

Mr. Evans leads Skyway Software’s global teams of enablement and support professionals and is responsible for ensuring customers and partners gain maximum value from using Skyway Visual Perspectives. His teams also focus on educating customers and partners about collaborative software delivery and model-driven application development and deployment. Prior to joining Skyway Software, he spent 10 years at Accenture as one of their top technical architects and worked with a large variety of technical and application architectures to lead implementation teams during the full software delivery lifecycle at numerous client engagements. Evans earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.

Jennifer Mayfield — Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Mayfield oversees the human resources function at Skyway Software. Before joining Skyway Software, Mayfield was Human Resources Manager at Ariba, where she handled HR for professional services, North America and Latin America sales regions. She also handled integration of new employees from acquisitions. Previously, Mayfield served as Director of Human Resources & Administration at TRADEX, where she helped grow the company from 15 to nearly 300 employees before TRADEX was acquired by Ariba. Earlier in her career, Mayfield was a technical recruiter and sales manager in the staffing industry. Mayfield received a B.S. degree in Advertising from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
