Daniel Aegerter — Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Aegerter is Chairman and Founding Partner of Armada Venture Group. Prior to forming Armada, as Chairman & CEO of TRADEX, Mr. Aegerter was responsible for setting the strategic direction and goals for the company and supervising the execution of this strategy to maximize the creation of both value and wealth for customers, employees, and shareholders. TRADEX was spun off in 1996 from Mr. Aegerter’s first business venture, DYNABIT AG, which he founded in 1988 as an importer and distributor for high-end digital publishing peripherals. Mr. Aegerter splits his time between his entrepreneurial and venture capital interests and managing his private investments. He lives with his family in Switzerland where he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of OZ Bankers, a publicly traded bank.
Sean Walsh — President and CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Software, Mr. Walsh drives the business strategy of the company, with a focus on establishing Skyway as an industry leader with exceptional products and devoted customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the software and services industries, Sean has held numerous executive and management positions in both large and small software companies. Previous to Skyway, Sean held the position of President and CEO for Optena Corporation, a visionary leader in automated datacenter management. Prior to Optena, Sean held executive and management positions at IBM, Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell and Symphony Services. Recent roles have also included President of the Commercial Software Group at Symphony Services, Chief Operating Officer of Novell North America and Senior Vice President, Strategy and Alliances at Cambridge Technology Partners.
Jared Rodriguez — CTO and Founder
Jared Rodriguez created the first internet marketplace software in 1996 as CTO and founder of TRADEX Technologies. After Ariba’s acquisition of TRADEX, Mr. Rodriguez served as Principal of Armada Ventures. He is an author of the UDDI specification and is listed as “one to watch” in InfoWorld’s 2002 list of technology innovators. Along with former TRADEX colleagues Daniel Aegerter and Jack Kennedy, Mr. Rodriguez founded Skyway Software in November 2001 to pursue the mission of delivering cross-enterprise composite applications.
Stewart Bertron — Director
Stewart Bertron is founder of Guide Capital Ltd., an angel investment firm based in Tampa, Florida. Guide Capital invests in early stage ventures where entrepreneurs are applying technology to solve business problems. Prior to founding Guide Capital, Mr. Bertron co-founded TRADEX Technologies, a leading provider of e-marketplace software technology. As Executive Vice President and Director at TRADEX during the period 1995 - 2000, he oversaw rapid corporate development through leadership roles in the areas of finance, sales, human resources and IT. Prior to co-founding TRADEX, Mr. Bertron spent ten years specializing in commercial real estate development and finance.
Sigmund Mosley, Jr. — Director
Mr. Sigmund Mosley, Jr. is President of Imlay Investments, Inc., the personal investment company of John P. Imlay, Jr. Mr. Mosley also serves as a director of The Imlay Foundation, Techbridge and Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Southeast and a director of GATV. In addition to Skyway Software, Mr. Mosley serves on the board of directors for seven privately held companies. Mr. Mosley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. He held the position of Secretary-Treasurer for Management Science America, Inc (now Dun and Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.) from 1972 to 1990 and served as a Vice President from 1982 to 1991.
